From last September, I began to learn a physical activity, it named kick-boxing. When I first knew it I think it must be a handsome and exciting activity. Because the clothing we need to wear is all white with a white-color belt in the middle. And with your level go higher, the color of the belt will be changed too. The highest level when you achieve is the color black. I thought it must be interesting to get that one. So I wanted to learn it well.
The first several classes we learnt are about side-split and cross-split. For I have never practiced it before, I felt really hard to do. Then I asked the master, with a little nervous. But he was kind and told me if I want to do it well, I should practice it every day and every time try my best. So almost everyday I practice it and I feel I can go better and better, I felt happy about this, so gradually, I stopped to do it and satisfied with what I could do. As you know, one month later, I almost back to the origin and could not do this again. The master said I should not be lazy any more and do it more careful. Then we learnt about kick. It is really fantastic I think, every time I saw others who can play this well and everyone admire of him or her. That feeling must be excellent! First kicking we learnt is side kick. It needs to use your instep to kick out. And we practice it for many times but the master still said no. The most words he said were: No energy. Then, we put more energy and effort in it. When he said better, we often felt happy. Next we learnt is Turning kick. It needs you to turn around and then kick. It seems easy but it is really hard to do it well. I remember that I did hurt my right foot' toe and could not move it for almost one week, also including the next week’s PE quiz. The exercise which gives me the deepest memory is learning about side somersault. I enjoy the person who likes a big wheel and walking in the air. I thought that feeling must be wonderful. So I wanted to learn it very much. But just looking, I still can not do it so far, I was afraid of that and thought maybe I will fell down and … So far, I still can not do it very well.
This morning, the weather is good, my mother and me went to Purple Mountain to have a rest. The sun shines beautifully and we felt comfortable, because of these days’ lazy, we started very slow, and I found even the elder can do it so well, so we found that we need to do it almost everyday in the morning if possible. At last, we still arrived at the top of the hill, we took photos and breathe the fresh air…
